What we collect
When you send a form on this site, we collect what you type into it: your name, email address, and phone number, and the details of your message, membership application, venue inquiry, or event RSVP.
Members also give us account, vehicle, and billing details in the member portal.
How we use it
To reply to you, review your application, plan your event, confirm your RSVP, and run your membership. Contact messages may also add you to our email list, and you can unsubscribe from any email we send.
Who handles it for us
Forms are stored in our member portal and emailed to our team. Contact messages are also added to Mailchimp, our email service, and to our customer records. Payments in the member portal are processed by Square; we never see or store full card numbers.
This site is hosted by Cloudflare. Episode videos are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode.
We don't sell your information.
Cookies and advertising
This site uses the Google Ads tag to measure whether our ads lead to applications. Google may set cookies to do this. You can limit ad personalization in your Google account settings or block cookies in your browser.
